This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Comfy Bento website.

Return Window

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, Comfy Bento does not accept returns after delivery. Customers may contact us within 24 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect product. Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact our customer service at info@comfybento.com with your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.

Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions regarding a replacement, refund, or any additional information required.


Packaging and Shipping

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect products, customers may be asked to provide photographs of:

  • The product received
  • The product packaging
  • The shipping label (if applicable)

In most cases, physical return of frozen food products will not be required due to food safety regulations.


Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Products

No cost to the customer. If the product is incorrect, damaged during delivery, defective, or spoiled upon arrival, Comfy Bento will review the claim and may provide a replacement product or refund.


Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Defective Goods

If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately. Comfy Bento may provide a replacement product or a refund after reviewing the claim.

Damaged Goods

If the product arrives damaged, please send photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.

Product Never Arrived

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with the delivery partner and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellation After Order

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Upon receiving damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect products, customers must notify Comfy Bento within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, Comfy Bento may provide a replacement product, store credit, or refund.


Timelines
Claim Reporting Period

Claims for damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing

Once a claim has been approved, refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Spoiled products
  • Incorrect products
  • Orders that could not be delivered due to an error on our side
Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Successfully delivered frozen food products
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Orders returned due to customer change of mind
  • Products damaged after successful delivery

Shipping Method and Costs

Any approved replacement or return arrangement will be communicated by our customer service team.

Restocking Fees: Rs. 0


Exchanges

Due to food safety and hygiene requirements, exchanges are generally not available. In approved cases, Comfy Bento may provide a replacement product at its discretion.


Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable laws.
