Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available in selected service areas.
Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Comfy Bento reserves the right to limit or remove COD availability for certain locations, products, or order values.
Bank Transfer Payments
Customers may also complete payment through:
- UBL bank transfer
- Easypaisa transfer
Once your order is placed, payment details will be shared with you for completion of the transfer.
Your order may remain pending until payment is received and verified.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- The information provided is accurate and complete
- You will complete payment within the required time, if applicable
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated without prior notice.
Failed or Unverified Payments
If a payment is not received, declined, or cannot be verified:
- Your order may remain pending
- We may contact you for payment confirmation
- The order may be cancelled if payment is not completed
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. For COD or bank transfer orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
