Comfy Bento serves frozen snack orders in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Because our products are frozen food items, we follow a quality-focused return and refund policy.

Due to the nature of frozen food products, returns are not accepted after delivery under normal circumstances. This helps us maintain product quality, safety, and handling standards.

Refunds and Replacements for Order Issues

If you receive an order with a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible through the same channel used to place your order (website, call, or WhatsApp).

This includes cases such as:

Wrong item received
Missing item in the order
Order issue at delivery
Items are damaged
Items are expired or have problem

If you received damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours.

Verification of Order Issues

To review a refund or replacement request, Comfy Bento may ask for:

Photos of the received items or packaging

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it correctly.

If the issue is verified, Comfy Bento may provide an appropriate resolution based on the order issue, such as:

Replacement of the affected item
Refund for the affected item

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed after advance payment confirmation.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately through website, call, or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests are handled based on order processing status.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hour of placement, provided that preparation or dispatch has not commenced.

Once preparation or shipping has begun, cancellations will unfortunately not be possible.

Payment Method for Refunds

Comfy Bento processes orders after advance payment confirmation. Any approved refund will be handled against the confirmed prepaid order via the original payment method.
